• Representing criminal defense clients charged with various State and Federal  offenses including bank fraud, Medicare fraud, wire-fraud, various white collar charges, aggravated assault, domestic battery, simple and aggravated battery, DUI and other traffic offenses, possession and sale of narcotics, conspiracy to possess, distribute and import narcotics, illegal alien smuggling, prostitution, violations of probation, grand and petit theft, burglary, homicide, murder, manslaughter, etc. Accepting State court appointments to represent indigent persons charged with above offenses. 

• Representing family law clients in contested and uncontested dissolutions of marriages, modification actions, contempt motions relating to violations of family court orders, temporary and permanent restraining orders, prenuptial agreements, custody issues, paternity actions and adoptions.
